01. Overview

The 7-Day Window

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

*Returns made after 7 days or items missing original parts cannot be accepted.

02. Refunds

Approval Process

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

03. Exchanges

Defective Items

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at banjaragear@gmail.com to start the process.

04. Return Shipping

Handling & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
